Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of custom items, NO RETURNS and NO REFUNDS will be offered once order has been placed.

Live mock ups are provided on the product page and should be referenced when approving the design(s) for each order.Β 

We take pride in producing high-quality products, andΒ ALL products are thoroughly checked prior to packing to ensure the highest quality leaving our door. If an error was made on our end, we will provide a replacement immediately. Please note that we are not responsible for misspellings, selecting wrong sizes, etc, so please double check your order before placing for accuracy.

Orders that were incorrectly placed (such as, but not limited to wrong size, color texture or sudden decisions to cancel) will not qualify for a replacement or refund.

We cannot control how a shipping courier handles your package once it leaves our warehouse. Because of this, we highly recommend adding the shipping protection to your order. In the event that your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged by the carrier (ie-broken tumbler seal or lid, cracked wood frame, etc), the shipping protection will allow us to immediately replace your order without further delays. If shipping protection was not purchased on your order, Go Quick Prints is not responsible for lost or damaged packages once it has left our warehouse. Please contact the shipping carrier's customer service for any delayed deliveries.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 72 hours of receiving it if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
